I ordered an Andy Dalton Jersey on line - it was suppose to be $39.87 - the total amount taken out of my account was $41.17. To date I have never received the jersey. I have called them several times - I finally get to talk with some one on February 29, 2012 - they tell me if I don't get a response in 48 hours to call them back and they would see that my money was returned. After 48 hours I get a message call 1-240-285-9679 that the google number is unavailable at this time please leave a message. I left a message - no response. I have tried many times to contact them - I have sent email after email. I really wanted the jersey - but now I want either my money back or the jersey. I am going to contact the BBB and a lawyer to handle this if I do not get a response within 24 hours.
