I recieved a text that I had won a 1000.00 walmart card if i would just enter "FREE" at http://promocenter.ws/walmart on Tuesday March 20th at 1:37pm. Entered free and nothing happens. It wants me to LIKE them on Facebook. But you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the website first, which you do not have access to.
