- Hi Gerald,don't bother dealing with the company,that is a complete waste of time.NOW LISTEN TO ME ,change your bank card,RIGHT NOW,otherwise you will be hit AGAIN.This has happened to a friend or mine.Write a letter to the bank (recorded delivery) stating the withdrawal was unauthorised.
