My husband and I attended a seminar in Valencia to join a travel membership and in return we get a free cruise. I sent in my money order certified mail and picked the dates of the cruise. I called UET (ultimate executive travel) early February to see if they have my date to go (I picked early May) since my husband and I have to put in for our vacation at work, and we were both so excited, finally a real vacation. This is to be our 25th anniversary and our 50th birthday cruise. UET told me that my date was either May 6, the balance would be $1050 and May 13, balance of $950. I went NUTS on the phone for about 5 minutes, but Nikki at UET simply told me to take it or leave it, write a letter. I cannot get my money back $50 is non refundable, $198 in travel certificate that can be used for rental car, no air or cruise. I called UET on March 8, 2012, the mail box was full so I couldn't leave a messege. I called again on March 19, guess what, phone is disconnected. Thankfully my sister-in-law lives by there, she drove by.....no body is home.......the place is empty
