I received an email to work for this company. They signed me to a 1-yr contract as a "quality control operator" inspecting packages at home. After 3 weeks, they stopped all communication and sent no more packages. I haven't been paid.

  • Yeah they got me too. But not from the email you stated. I was working with them for about three weeks also. When I saw your message on here, I instantly called the post office to resend the last seven packages I had sent out that day since they had not left the country yet (which included an apple computer, ipad, projector and much more). The last email I got from them was last thursday to send the packages out, but I refuse until I get my check of $1,881.

    I have also a signed contract and all of the emails saved, along with invoices

  • I'm not sure how its ran. But they sent me an email, i signed a contract and they sent me a summary compensation report.. got me to send packages and then stopped emailing me and stopped sending packages.. luckily i saw this post and kept what I had and called back those that i had sent.. until they sent me my paycheck. they will not pay you for your services. the number that they call you on is a mobile number. If I were you, I would hold on to it until you have received a payment

  • I'm pursuing legal action. Nick, I'm not sure what they're getting besides free labor. Maybe they'e shipping products illegally on the black market...

  • If you have coresponded with Kristof Rothstein, HR manager, he will tell you that everything is ok, even send you what appears to look like an actual compensation report with postal bar codes, statement date, employee ID and everything.. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.. once they have used you for three weeks, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN... Just keep all of your emails just in case.. and do not send out those packages.. DO NOT

  • No we did not have to use our own money to send the packages. They email you the shipping label then you print it off, put it in an international sleeve and then send it to the post office. If I were you I would get as many packages and hold on to them until you get paid. because like we have said. YOU WONT GET PAID.. they will move on to the next sucker like that did us.

  • hm sounds crazy to me ! i ve been working with Kopf & Luebben Company for about 6 month and i get paid each 2 weeks . i am receiving paychecks by mail from Germany , and everything works fine .
    My first products were combined ones and they needed me to sent them to Philadelphia Pa (their warehouse ) . Me and my family we are happy . so i do not know what to say at this point to you guys . as far as you follow their instructions everything will be ok.

  • hi there ! i live in CA and i started to work for this Company like a month ago ! i was worry of not getting paid but after first 3 weeks i received my check! it arrived by mail from germany ! i am all happy and still work for them !

  • I am sure it was Kopf & Lubben. I sent out every package as soon as I received the label, simply because the post office is two blocks from my house. In fact I still have packages that they never gave me labels for. clothes and a baby stoller. I have it sitting in my house right now. I was told that I would get a label the next day which was a friday, and one was never sent. I emailed and emailed even emailed [email protected] the company actual email and still no response was given. even if I had done something wrong (which wasnt done) I still never received a pay check for the work that was done. I worked from 3/5 to 3/23 and not one single paycheck has been sent to me as promised. I know that I had done nothing wrong because Kristof complimented my work ethics and habits constantly. Point blank, I have worked and not received a paycheck or labels to send out current packages. I have an Apple macbook sitting in my house waiting to go out as well. No label was given.

  • also when i called the 888 number that was given to me, and no one was ever in the office, so I left several emails. then i called the number that kristof called me from, come to find out it was a majic jack number.. everything that was sent to me had Kopf & Lubben headers on them. If this isnt a scam would you be so kind and give me the email that you correspond with on a daily base and allow me to contact them or a us number that i can contact them and see whats really going on

  • Bred - I did nothing wrong. I followed all instructions carefully, and Kristof praised me for doing a great job just like iceboxx. They just stopped responding to my emails and never paid me.

    Dave - I'm sure it was Kopf & Lubben. I would also like your contact email and US number for them, as well as a location for their US office. I'm glad your employment is going well, but they defrauded me and iceboxx!

  • hi idashe and icebox - you are the only 2 persons over the internet i was able to find who has problems with this company. ones again - i do work for them and receives my paychecks - so everything is fine ! and i really appreciate what they are doing !
    I communicate with Marc Roke he is one of their managers ,

  • you keep saying it seem like we did something wrong.. wouldnt they tell us we did something wrong oppose to praising us for our work, i mean i still have the emails. if i work from 3/5-3/16 and u stop emailing me on 3/23 thats still two weeks that i have not gotten paid for. nothing was done wrong.. but if there was, still should i have gotten paid for what i have done. and wouldnt they attempt to retrieve their packages.

  • how come personnel at Kopf & Luebben emails end like "@kopf-luebben.com" and emails from others @kopfluebben.com. how come there is a dash between kopf and luebben with those who work in the german office and all others there isnt a dash, wouldnt they be the same if its the same company.

    So far everything is perfect , I do receives my paychecks each 2 weeks, it took 3 weeks to receive first one , but now everything is fine . i do have 2 kids and this job is what i was needed for years . i love it .
    i do not know what to say to Iceboxx and Idasher but everything works with me.
    I communicate with with Marc Roke as Bred was texting and I also receive calls from Kristoff once in a wile !
    somebody was texting "keep the merchandise " - i would not advise to do it , maybe that is why you were not paid !!!
    and i think they will find a way to come and get it back .

  • mmm/... i am from San Francisco and i ve been working for this company for around 5-6 month - i get paid by check each 2-3 weeks - i work from home . also i already got an offer to work from their office but i feel better working from home ! i will definitely trust Kopf & Lübben team .

  • Debi, I'm super glad that its working for you.. Could you provide me with the emails of the people you correspond with so that I could email them. I am the one who has the products, only because I was told that I would receive labels, and have never received them. Now I have boxes ready to go out but have not gone out. I wasn't paid because I have boxes that have not gone out.

    They may not have done you all wrong but me and others they have. If I could post every single email on this, I surely would. So could anyone provide me with emails. When I emailed kristof, he never would respond.. I have emailed: [email protected] and [email protected] and have never received an email. No information was given that they would not give me a pay check or that they would stop sending me packages. Kristof the HR Manager emailed me Thursday March 24, 2012 and said that I will receive 7 packages on friday March 23, 2012, and that he would send me the Label for the packages that I currently have, and on friday March 23, 2012 I received NOTHING. when I emailed Kristof, he never responded. I sent a total of six emails to him, and he has yet to respond.

    If you say they have a way to get the packages, then thats fine, they are more than welcomed to retrieve the packages, maybe I could speak with them in person in regards to why NO one would respond to my emails or why I've not gotten a check. I have several items including an apple Lap top and iPad products and a projector along with high end clothes. And yet I have no labels. I don't want their products, but if they dont send me labels to send these products out, what am I to do with them? If they didn't want me to work for them anymore, why haven't they sent me a check for what I've done or a label for these packages, or even respond to my emails like professionals?

    Again would you provide me with the emails that you use to correspond with ?

  • hello - as I can see there are more positive feedbacks . and only Idasher was not paid , maybe just because you keep products. I will advice to wait for a respond from Marc Roke if you said you texted him, he will get back to you,.
    As for me i ve been working for company for 7 month ! and everything is perfect. i have social benefits plus i get may check each two weeks.

  • For the last time, I did nothing WRONG. Kristof just stopped emailing me and didn't pay me. I have NO packages and followed all his instructions. I have sent an email to Marc Roke - hopefully I'll get an answer.

  • hi - here is my story ! i signed the contract with this company 2 month ago- after all my life changed, i just stay at home with my family, receiving packages during the day ! i appreciate everything they've done to me.
    i receives my paychecks each 2-3 weeks and everything is perfect.
    i love the job!
    i also realized that there are more positive feedbacks !

  • whats odd is..... How is it that if things are so well with the company for you all that you stumble across Kopf & Luebben under scambook.com. like all of a sudden out of the blue everyone who "has great success" with K&L stumble across this on scambook of all places??

    Another odd thing I've noticed is with the additional email that was given on this site, why still has that person along with the HR Manager Kristof ever emailed me back (have yet to receive an email from [email protected] or [email protected]) or how come no one has provided me with any other email addresses or phone numbers that I can call to get accurate answers. All I have are three simple questions.. Why havent I received a pay check, why have I stopped receiving emails, and why haven't I received labels for the products that I currently have.

    Typically what a company who isnt laget does is make bogus accounts to debunk the claim thats put out against them. Idasher26, if you give me your email address, I will give you the actual email addresses to the real kopf & Luebben employees. and hopefully they answer your questions, because what it appears to be are some bogus accounts to debunk what we are actually going through. I've yet to receive any information other than "this is a good company and i get my paychecks" but no one one other than one person has given an email address.. no US phone numbers at all. all i want is my check, they dont have to ever send me packages again, just give me my check. (and answers to my questions)

  • My questions have not been answered, nor has a check been mailed to me..

    And neither has all of the people who posted in this thing, provided any additional contact information for anyone other than the Marc guy. Everyone keeps saying how happy they are with the company but when the question is asked in regards to contact information, no one wants to respond.. which draws back the question (if your happy with the company, what in the world would bring you to scambook.com, make a profile, wait till its approve then comment.... i dont get that part)

    but to answer your question, my questions have yet to be answered, nor has a check been sent to me.... not has labels been provided for the many items I currently have with the company

  • Iceboxx - I got an email from Marc Roke last Fri. He said to email Kristof, which I did. He also wanted inspection reports for any packages I had. I told him I didn't have any packages. I still haven't heard from Kristof or received a paycheck.
