Response to a Craigs List advertisement (Phx, Az) I posted selling some china.

~ I replied as requested and received the following response:
~ "Kate Walker to R**** - Thanks for your response, I am sorry I cannot come to view due to the nature of my job, I work as a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist in the army and I intend to purchase for personal use. I am one of the few deployed to Brunei and I wont be back till May. Work does not allow us to make or receive calls frequently but there is internet access and that is our major means of communication to the outside world. Well, I am OK with your asking price and i wouldn't mind seeing a few closely taken pictures. If you dont mind, I can only pay through PayPal at the moment as i cant access my bank online, but I have my bank attached to PayPal and this is why I prefer using PayPal to pay you, I'll need your PayPal email address to make the payment and if you don't have a PayPal account, its pretty easy to set up at www.paypal.com. I hope you consider my offer because i don't want to miss this deal. I'll have a courier person come for pick up and storage after I make payment. ~ Fortunately I Googled her name and found this web-site before I wasted anymore time or effort communicating with 'lovely Kate'. It would appear to be a new version of a 'Nigerian Scam' but I'm not sure how it would work by using PayPal...
~ Instead of 'Buyer beware' it's 'Seller beware' this time!!! By doing a little proactive investigation I DID NOT LOSE ANY MONEY OR PROPERTY AND ONLY WASTED A LITTLE TIME ON ONE EMAIL RESPONSE...
