i ordered two trial sizes one purasilf and the revergiene or something like that it arrived , i didnt want to use it , i changed my mind , so i sent it back, ive just had bank statement in and they have took £74.95 out my account, it said on the conditions at the time no problem if you want to cancel and return it , you would get your £5.99 for postage back and it would be cancelled, obviously not , what can i do to get this back and stop them taking my money again?

Unfortunately you have been a victim of online scam (just like me) and have entered into a recurring transaction and auto shipment. To avoid any further damage act fast- call your bank credit card department, cancel your card. Tell them this is an fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation of product with unclear terms and conditions. Ask them to dispute the charges already incurred.
Do not waste time arguing with the scam company.
Also file a complaint with Fraud UK and Buiseness bureau in US (on line).
Inform Purasilk that you are going to do the above.
