Jack Thomas (516.986.3829) called my grandmother and told her that she owed money for a loan that she took out in 10/2010. He told her that if is she doesn't take care of this and pay back the money now that she will go to jail for 3 months. When I called him back and inquired about this, I had asked who the loan was through, I was unable to understand him, even though I asked him 5 times and he tried to spell it. Still couldn't understand him. I had told him that when he can produce a copy of the loan paperwork and the account that it was deposited into, then maybe we can talk about repayment. He hung up on me.
