i thought i would try my new bankcard because i could now order off line without having to use paypal. Eyepothsis had a add for free sample only pay shipping and handling then they turn around and charge me 87 dollars. Well number one how is that a free sample if you have to pay 87 dollars. IN the box that they sent me was one bottle glass at that and a pack of 4 eye pads, not wrapped,no invoice no info at all. I did this in December so when they did that i thought ok thats it. But in Janurary they took more money out of my account and sent me more of their crap yes crap the stuff burned burn my under eyes so i washed it off. I sent the box back with aletter taped on the side in stating that i no longer want their stiff and i wanted my money back. I also went to my bank and put a stop payment on them for the amount they were taking out of my account. Then in Feb. they did it again only the payment went thur because they lower the payment my one dollar. Sent me another box i sent it back the day i got it. I called them yesterday told them i want my money back, they told me they couldn't do that but they would send me the product back i told them why would i want a product that burns. They have cost me alot of money because with them taking out the money made my loany bounce so i have to pay my loan company a extra 75 dollars plus what my bank charged me when my loan didn't go thru. So I figure they owe me about 400 dollars and i can't even get my money back that they stole. I live on disability i will never order anything off line again. The gentlemen i was speaking with at eyepothesis lied to me said he was the superviser when i asked to speak to one then when i said well give me someone higher then a super,told me to hang on then came back and said all the supers were in a meeting.When the super called me back hours later she couldn't even say my name right how hard is it to say Susan, and all she could say is we don't give refunds.This company is a big scam, they are stealing from people and getting away with it, i have called the BBB and they have told me to call Fed. Trade. I think everyone that this company has messed over should find ourselfs a good lawyer and put a law suit on them. I live in Canada can you image how many people around the world have been taken by these people.And from some of the complaints that i read sounds like some had problems with this stuff as i did maybe even worse if you have sensitive skin. If we keep after them sooner or later something will be done now if we all could just find ourselfs a good lawyer team to sue them.
