Thomas "Tom" Hanley is a con artist, be warned. Tom is mid-60s or older and claims to have invested $10 million + to have developed a way to use life settlement policies to create bonds from which a portion of the proceeds will be awarded to job creating business opportunities. This is a sophisticated scam pretending to be making business loans in conjunction with a bond offering.
