I never applied for a loan from this company and they hit my banking account with an application fee of 34.95. I have never been to their website. Called to get a refund and they tried to use diversion tactics to get out of refunding me. They continuously tried to sale me on a loan with them after this egregious thievery.
I had to use a threatening tone with them. After getting the agent's name and agent number, telling them the call was recorded and indicating that I was reporting the incident to the Attorney General, the agent softened her stand. She claims that she has processed a refund.
