Saw a charge on my statement that I did not recognize. I submitted a claim with my banks fraud department and they are looking in to it. I also obtained an email for this company and requested an explanation. Surprisingly, they reponded within a few hours showing me the details of my supposed order. It showed the last four digits of my card, my name as it appears on my card, a bogus email address for me (wisconsin.gov - I live on east coast), and a ship-to address that is my ex-wifes address! (she has nothing to do with this). They appologized and stated they would issue a credit since "no merchandise has yet been dispatched". I'm sick and tired of dealing with these low lifes and I hope someone will finally be able to put their butts in the can!
