This guy is very good at what he do.He posed as a collection person working for a newspaper where i placed a ad to sell some items.Contacted me saying my ad would be removed due to some kind of payment issue.I asked him to let me speak to a supervisor to confirm it was the newspaper and he did.But when i got my statement there was payments made to norfolk city jail,lowes and home depot orders,phone orders,cable bills,light bills,shoes and ect.The following week i get another phone call telling me the same thing and when i let him know i knew he was doing he than laughed hung up and called me back
