I signed up for a free sample on the 17th January 2012 and unfortunately did not read the terms and conditions. I signed up for a free sample from the Australian distributor of Nuvisage. I received a bottle about two weeks later and did not think about it again. I was not thinking of ordering as I did not see any visible change to my skin. I received a second bottle and did not think much about it cause I had asked my sister in law in the Uk to order a free sample for me so i could compare products. The fraud only came to light today (24 March 2012) when my husband and were going through our statement and he mentioned me ordering some hair products from a new supplier and I said no. Cause I use the same supplier. The cost of the product is huge considering it does not work at all. I was charged with $89.00 on 2/2/2012 above the initial $5.28 that was charged on 17/1/2012 without notification and then again on 16/2/2012 and again on 17/03/2012.

My husband called the bank to ask what the debits were for and was advised it was from Reliftxs.com. I called them and explained that i made a mistake and that I wanted my money back. They advised that they could only refund me for the third bottle which was in the mail they say and that i could not get a refund for the second bottle which i had not used.

I managed to cancel any future debits and was given a cancellation number but they were adamant that i could not get a refund for the second bottle..

I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anybody ever nd i d not want to deal with them ever again.

I feel violated and robbed.
