International boundaries
Checked over my Verizon bill and noticed a charge from I Tech PC for 13.76. Called the number and was told than someone in my family authorized this - no way that person doesn't even have a PC. Also, told them the account was under my name and no one else was authorized to use it. Said they would cancel the service and I believe will credit my account, but will call again on Monday to make sure they credit this charge. I think that ILD Teleservices, Inc., (the actual billing company) should be aware of scamming clients like I TECH PC.
