Telephone boiler room call. sounded interesting but I didn't do my due dilligence to research the company. They convinced me to buy a Distributorship for 1999 and sent me product before the product arrived I did my homework and found out about the fact that they don't fill orders and they have another scam company call and try to convince youto buy advertising, a direct mail program that cost anywhere form $700 to $9000. After the advertising marketing call i went on line and started to research complaints about the company adn found many more complaints than positive input. I called the company and said I would ship the 'samle they sent me back and I wanted a full refund i was told tht i would get the credit for the product retruned only which was $309. They needed the poduct back so when they scammed someone else they had a sample to ship out. the deal was they offer you a hot price then give you 15 minutes to decide when the conteact is about 30 pages long and in the fine print is the statement that you are not guaranteed any money back at all fi youdecide you don't want to be part of the ripoff company. After the reviews i saw and the fact that they had an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau I decided I did not want to be affiliated with such a company. it took almost three months to get my $309 credited back. The Rule: NEVER and I mean NEVER but anything over the telephone, even if they have a reltively nice looking web site. Websites are cheap, seemingly unique Chinese made crap is easily found and mardeted by shear criminals just to take your money and give you relatively nothing in return. Always have the company forward information in the mail, if it's a scam they won't or can't because they are sent up to do so and always check with the BBB and Scam reports on the web.
