we were approached by phone by Mr Washington telling us we had won the lottery that my husband had sent in soMe tiMe ago we were instructed to send $325.00 dollars via WESTERN UNION TO A LADY IN MONTGOMERY AL, REBECCA QUILLLIN SO SHE CAN OBTAIN A TAX STAMP FOR THE CHECK. tHeN WE WAITED FOR tHE phONe CAlL SaYiNg tHAT tHEY WERE ON tHE WaY WItH OUR CHEcK . WELL NEEDLESS To SaY I T DIDNT HAPPEN THEY INSTEAD KEPT CALlINg WIH MORE MONEY REQUESTS. first it was for insurance agains tthe loss of the check. hten hey e r e heddign on that.
I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A FELANY TO ASK FOR MONEY AGAINST WINNINGS
SO I WONDER WHTA I CAN DO TO HAV E HIM ARRESTED.
