I received an e-mail in 2010 asking if I wanted a free trial. To get it you have to enter credit card details so I used a pre pay card we have for holiday cash as it was empty. I decided the site was not up to much so cancelled. Then this year we went away on holiday and topped up the card and they stole the money from my account. I have e-mailed but the tone of my reply suggests I won't be getting my cash back.
