We ordered a free trial ,didnt realise until we got our bank statement that the company had taken money out without our authorizisation not happy at all . I am going to ring the company as i think they have sent me another bottle of face serum and it is waiting to br picked up from royal mail.Should i send it back or keep it as proof .
