This fraudulent charge turned up on my online account statement. I didn't recognize this charge, so I Googled New Sport Shop and found similar complaints made against this company on your website (thanks!). The charge seemed to originate in Michigan. I called my bank and reported this. They cancelled my card so that more money could not be withdrawn. I was told that what these "companies" do is scam one for a small amount, then wait to see if it goes unnoticed--at which time they take a much larger amount. An investigation of this incident is underway.
