I was looking at my bank statement and found two (2) charges taken out of my debit/credit card account amounting to $ 33.98 ,one on 2/28/2012,the other 3/24/2012 both being $ 16.99 ea .I did not authorize these deduction ,nor did I receive any product from this company .i called my bank for an investigation in this matter and they said I had signed up for a FREE something or other on December 31 st, 2011 and now i am being charged for whatever was supposed to be free and haven't received anything . I WANT MY MONEY AND AN EXPLANATION TO WHAT IS GOING ON. I want my money refunded...Eileen 3/26/2012

  • I've had multiple charges from these people. Seems they change the name the charge is made under. I had to file a stolen card report and get a new card in order to get rid of them.
    They are extremely sneaky. Their ads pop up at the end of Amazon orders as though it is part of the order, while you are waiting for your final order page to appear. They should lose their business license.
