I ordered the anti-wrinkle cream etc in trial size and only paid postage. Now they are automatically debiting my account for an amount that I have not authorized - nor have I received any more product nor do I want any more product.

- I had to get a new debit card account so they could not continue to charge me for something I did not order. My bank lodged an unauthorized claim against them and guess what - I GOT MY FULL REFUND. Now I keep getting emails from them saying they are missing "critical information" before they can send my next order (which I have not ordered).....you see, they don't have a valid debit card number now that I've had mine changed. Too bad - so sad.
