I have booked a air ticket from Fly Sweden Agency from Denver to Muscat, they asked me to pay by bank transfer as they don't charge from cards and I did so. the next they issued me ticked almost looked like a real one. Because i bought this ticket for my son to travel alone, so I called the swiss air line office to confirm the ticket and they told me there is no such passenger , and the ticket number also is not available. The ticket was issued by Dansk Travel Agency. I went to check the website and found I was not only one, there are many complains.
How to get my money back? and how to catch those people? any suggestion will be appreciated.
