Applied online for a 200.00 loan: not hydra fund: did not confirm this loan however I received a deposit in my account within 2 days! I did use the money because since it was my first time applying online for a loan I thought I must have confirmed: I did not esign this loan: I did not intial this loan! I repaid this loan, had money taken out of my account over and above what i believed the amont plus interest should have been. I started getting not so nice calls! These people were threatening me with police showing up at my home or place of work! Now today I get a call at work from an Law firm saying I am being sued if I do not agree to pay a discounted pay off of 580.00. I have 48 hours to respond!
