Duties:
- Establish relationships with clients, and communicate with the stores
- Understand contract paperwork
- Discuss with stores for best possible solution or alternating solutions keeping organization business objectives
- Coordinate with the project superior
- Once the job is finished, make weekly reports, based on order sheet
- Execute budgets, and charges control; guarantee budget updates; update price changes due to vendor changes
- Connecting between the organization, client, vendor and any other third parties that may be mentioned with the project
- Ensure analysis on the impact of bids and availability on purchasing decisions
- Operate very efficiently with business group to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential suppliers, pricing initiatives and delivery issues
- Control and maintain effective supplier relationships and the matrix marketing structure
