I signed up for a FREE sample of skin cream and gave my credit card details to pay for 'postage and handling'. Since that time (25 November 2011) they have continued to deduct money for products they keep sending. I have emailed them and attempted to phone them on many occasions. I just get an answering machine that tells me that my call is important to them and a customer service person will soon be available but no one ever is!
Is there anything I can do about this? I live in Australia.

Please go to your bank and get a chargeback done.You will have to give all details to the bank.If they do not help you report them to the Financial Ombudsman,
This company took 2 payments from my account Euro 97, and 96.
I got a recharge done after sending all details to my bank.If my bank allow this company to deduct any more payments from my account i will report them and move my account to another bank.
I ordered a free sample also and paid by paypal.do not know how they got my account no.
Please do not let those thieves get away with taking so much money from you,ACT NOW -
