No, there's phone number or real address, and no real registrant for the domain name.
Unfortunately, Amazon cannot refund a gift card, but please file a report with them anyway, because they can investigate the use of the cards we all provided. Also report to IC3 (the FBI) on their website, and to the Federal Trade Commission.
We may not get our money back, but we might be able to put a stop to this particular fraud. I'm sure they were planning on making more than $4,000 off their scam! -
