- Hi Miriam I had something like this done to me by WHOOSH the Internet providers. What was your follow up did you get anywhere. The Bank which it was taken out of only made me change my account details and said I'd have to take them to small claims but only for the money they stole out of my account. I felt they should pay more? So never followed up
