I re-roofed my newly purchased home then for a roof leak. Some five years later meaning now I discover the same leak problem, but moved couple of inches, now inside the wall! Where it was unnoticed and undetectable till now! I call the company for viewing the problem, because I have a 25 year warranty. Well, he stated since the roof was completed two weeks prior to a hurricane, that already voids the warranty!
The damage I sustained from this roof leak is at least another 15000.00 in addition to the roof cost paid!
