Thank you for writing to me, regarding theft from my bank account by Ziinga
Yes they have so far for no apparent reason taken £128 from my bank account, I have been in to my bank to stop this happening ,but they have told me that there us nothing they can do to stop them taking what ever they want. I contacted the Fair Trading Standards Office, who seemed to know of this scam, they took all the details, but were also none committal, the Standards Office asked me if they could pass all the details onto the Fraud Squad, to which I agreed, anything to stop them thieving from me,and others .I also have spent some time trying to reason with Ziinga on their live chat line, but it is like hitting ones head against a brickwall they do not care, and keep on insisting I send them more proof of my identity, which I am not going to do as this would open up a whole new can of worms. -
