I called my banks automated system and found there had been a $39.00 charge that I did'nt have in my checkbook, so I called the bank and they said it was for Classmates, MemoryLane and gave me a number to call them. I called and they said it was a reoccuring charge. I had cancelled and closed my account at least six months prior to this. The woman I spoke to said she would cancel the account and no more charges would be incurred. I told her I wanted my $39.00 back, she said it was non-refundable. I became a little upset and she finally said she would make an exception and refund the remaining balance of $38.49. REALLY!! come on. I will be checking my account daily to see if it has been refunded.
