I ordered the pure african mango product off the site, it did not turn up, my credit card has been charged, thier 'contact' number is disconnected, thier e-mail support keeps telling me they can't find my details and to call them. Can anybody help me? I don't know what to do.

- Call you bank cancel the card once the debit has come out of your bank contact your bank and because you have not authorised the debit from your account and you did not receive the product your bank should be able to reinburse you.....don't feel bad this is their job they are professionals and do this for a living!!
