I found out today that Hydra Funds II had given me a loan without my approval or knowledge that it had occured. I had applied for loans to see if I could get one and I did accept one from another company. As far as I knew I was only appling for loans. I discovered that this company had given me a loan without my approval or excepting it. I have never been given a copy of any agreement or even given the schedule of payments. I am now stuck with a loan that I had no knowledge of accepting or wanted. The loan was for $250. Now I want to know what I can do to fix this and to stop this company from scamming other loan searchers who think they are looking for a loan not accepting it by scam practices. Please help!

- All I have is phone number but I can't find it. Will look again for it and get it to you . I was able to get the number from my bank off the deposit information. When I talked to them they refused to give me an address only a phone number or an fax number. They were not pleasant to talk to or cooperative about things. Check with your bank and I will try and find the information to get it to you, I have it written down somewhere.
