Two men came to my home offering to clean my carpets for free. I found out they were selling a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner. They said that it would cost $800.00 and left it with me. I paid with a credit card. Two days after that the credit card was used to purchase clothing at a store in New York for $286.00. My credit card company didn't let the purchase go through so I wasn't out the money. However, the vacuum cleaner is impossible to use and since I purchased it, I tried to use it with the attachments and it doesn't pick up..I am a senior and the vacuum is too heavy and it would need constant purchase of expensive bags and it doesn't work with attachments.
