I ordered (2) shades of Clairol Loving Care Hair Color, simply because it's no longer sold in stores. My e-mails to them have been returned so I do, indeed, "smell a rat," as nowhere in their ad is a phone number shown. I'm wondering if this place really does exist in Seattle, WA. I'd like to know what can be done about this scam - I feel really stupid, having fallen for such a scheme!
