Got a text message today at 4:07 pm PST from this # that said the following: "Dear Walmart shopper, Congratulations you have just won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card. Click here to claim your gift. www.MyWmartDeal.com cancel reply STOP." I did not visit the website (obviously). I suspect it's a phishing ploy to get you to fill out your personal info for their criminal means. I am keeping the text message and also did not reply STOP yet to cancel because I e-mailed Walmart corporate to report this fraudulent activity. I want to wait what they say first before I delete any of the evidence.
