We received a letter addressed to my minor child. It stated my child was one of three finalists for a grand prize of $200,000.00. My child was to contact James Lopez a Customer Care Representative. There was a check enclosed for $5230.50 that was for insurance and administration fees. The envelope didn't have a return address. The letter was from a John Gonzalez a Prize Award Administrator. The letter had Zeller's, Kmart, Macy's, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Sears, and the Better Business Bureau logos at the bottom. The check had the At&t logo on it and the check says it's from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and Publisher LOTTERY claims has an "F" score. Thankfully we didn't cash the check. The hard part is telling my child they couldn't cash the check.
