My daughter ordered a dress from this company in February and paid for it at the time of purchase. We had contacted the company to see when her dress would be shipped because we did have a time frame. They told us that they had made the dress in the wrong color and that they would send it right away if we would accept it. We declined. My daughter had ordered and paid for a specific color and that is what we expected. They told us they would remake the dress in the correct color. We received it on the 29th of March and it was NOT the color we ordered. I immediately contacted them via e-mail to alert them of the mistake and that I wanted a refund and I would send the dress back. They demanded pictures be taken so I did. They had to be taken outside in natural light. Their site states that if you are not satisfied to send pictures of the mistake and they will make full refund. I sent pictures of the dress and it clearly shows it is a DARK GREEN. We ordered a lighter and brighter green called Bud Green. They tried to tell me that after reviewing the pictures they determined that our computer screen was not showing it correctly and they wanted us to keep the dress because it is so "beautiful". It is not what we ordered. I have sent pictures of other dresses in the same color on their website as the dress they sent us and it clearly states in the picture that they are DARK GREEN. To top this off they put a totally different color green zipper (the color we wanted in the first place) in the back of the dress. It looks horrible. Please help us with this scamming dress making site and help us get our money back. Thank you!
