Kultar was a travel agent in Bradford , West Yorkshire. I booked air tickets for myself and wife to India and paid cash. On appointment day to collect tickets, Kultar is not in Skybird Travel office. I reach him on mobile, he promise me tickets next day . Next day still no news from Kultar, he is not answer mobile. My trip is spoiled , I cannot afford to buy more tickets. Police say I must take the company to court.
Please be very alert of this con man,he is cheated many people in Bradford. Now he is not in Bradford , cheating other people in UK. This is his style.He will cheat, then run. His family Heera brand is very rich, no need to cheat simple people. God is witness.
