I was scammed over a pair of Dansko boots- of course they were cheaper than the rest but not so much that I suspected as others are saying too. Fortunately via Paypal I paid with my AMEX card. They will definitely erase the false charge. Paypal (instant pay option) I find to be slower and scarier to deal with. Any significant sum I never transfer money over as I learned my lesson long ago not to do this unless you are confident of the seller. Rios shoes is likely not a legit company- under transaction via the credit card charge, it goes to China, but is funneled through an address in California. Paypal is looking at alot of problems building up fast.
