I went to their web site to order one can and without reviling the shipping cost ( and approval step) they charged me $79. To make thing worse I click on the back arrow to see how I ended up with two orders. Saw nothing to indicate what happened. The next thing I know I get a second email for another $79. I called my credit card company and they did not yet see the charges and told me to wait and file a dilute of the payment. I could not reach Flex Seal by phone.

- Exact same thing happend to me.I got a number from my creditcard company and I got through to them. Can give it to you if you like. Could not get through on any other number. Credit card company had the number handy right then and there.I ended yelling at the guy all he ever said was sorry you not satiesfied. Will send the order back when it gets here and then get a refund.
