Went to check my bank statement on the 2nd March 2012 and saw that a company call your-money tv has taken out £59.94 for a reason i didn't know about. This was the first time i have heard of this company. So i called them and ask what it was for they told me it was for a loan i enquired about six months ago. I know that i had not enquired about a loan from them or any other lending company. I was told to write a letter and they would review it and get back to me, they received my letter and i have not received any thing back from them, so i call them again and they said that have sent me a letter which i have not received. Saying i was rejected for a refund because i went through all the security details which i have no idea about. I asked for the telephone number for there head office but apparently they don't have a phone. This company is a total scam and a rip-off and i think they should be shut down. To avoid other people getting scam and ripped off by them.

  • go to your bank NOW,and change your account ,to prevent a second hit,my friend has been hit twice,.THIS IS URGENT.Write a letter to the bank,recorded delivery,stating the withdrawal was unauthorised.THEY have to pay you the money BACK!!!!!,any problems get back to me

    Yes we did go to our bank today, and reminded the bank of the FSA Rules, that state if a banking customer denies authorising a transaction, then its up to the firm to prove this transaction was authorised, obviously something your-money.tv can not prove as this is an out and out scam.

    We also reminded the bank of the FSA rule that states if a banking customer says he or she did not authorise a transaction the bank must then refund the customer within a reasonable amount of time.

    We also told them the matter was also with action fraud, for which we had a crime number.

    so in the end they had no choice but to refund.

    This despite your-money.tv saying we had signed up for a membership with them. They even had the cheek to ask us to contact there fraud hotline, yeah right........

    But anyway got our money back
