Our story is identical to Maureen's story. You don't talk to people - you just touch buttons on the phone. We were "told" that the total was $16.96 - $10.00 for sox and $6.99 shipping and handling. They arrived today and the packing slip shows a complete double order and has $27.96 for handling and postage. Total: $47.96!
That amounts to $31.01 that was unauthorized. We are contesting the charge through the credit card company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
