I emailed this company to ask if they had a particular item in stock (their webpage said there were 10,000 units in stock) but I emailed to double check before I sent through payment. I got an email saying "yes we definitely have this item" and thus sent through payment. Two days later, they said, sorry this item is out of stock. Then I asked for my money back and they have just ignored me since and not given my refund.
