I ordered a DVD collection from DVD Warehouse (WORLDOFMALL) on March 18th that was supposed to cost $199.94. My bank account was charged in the amount of $200.50 on March 20th, which was not too big of deal. Then I noticed another charge from them in the amount of $6.01 and another $0.66 on March 21st from INTL ATM DEBIT CARD FEE WORLDOFMALL that was not mentioned on their website when I placed my order. They tried to contact to me once about the shipment information, but I was unavailable at the time. I called them back minutes later, but no one answered. I have tried several times since then, but I have gotten nowhere. The two times that someone actually did answer, I had the same response...they said "I'll have her call you back" ( the woman who was trying to reach me in the first place). I have not received the call or the DVDs, even after several e-mails and phone calls...NOTHING!!! There is no note stating that it has been shipped, and they has the numbers in my address wrong (according to the woman I had talked to on the phone), even though it WAS correct in my e-mail. This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It seems as though they do not care about their customers, otherwise they would have already called me back after I had left like 6 or 7 messages. Beware of alot of issues if you have already or plan to order from them.

I was wrong about them charging me and additional $0.66, but everything else is completely accurate.

Someone finally contacted me after I let them know I was going to contact an attorney. They claimed that they could not understand any of my messages. They said I should receive a refund within 5-7 days, so we'll see. I will keep you updated.

Update: 04/16/2012

11 day later and no refund. Contacted them twice and received no response and it always goes to voicemail. Do not do business with DVD WAREHOUSE (WORLDOFMALL)! Scammers!

Update: 05/02/2012

After a month and a half of (impatiently) waiting, I finally received my money back!
