I signed up for the trial and tried to cancel within the timescale they offered.Icouldnt get through to them.They sent another pot of cream out.I finally got through and they offered half my money back within 10 days and this was 3 weeks ago.And nothings gone into my bank.I have sent numerous e mails.I have informed the Trading Standards about them
