unsure of starting date but it has been since February & is still happening.The product has not worked at all,I have only had 1delivery yet money has been taken out of my account 3x as of today.I believed I was agreeing to nothing other than an initial very small payment on a trial basis & nothing else & now this money is being taken out of my acct on what seems like a regular basis & causing an awful lot of grief ,the product hasn't worked & I haven't even received other than the initial order but am still paying!
