I applied for a loan. I was told I would recieve the loan but I had to put up over 900 in "good faith" money. I was told everything was fine and then the next day I was told in my contract that they could request double that amount and that if I wanted the loan transferred that day to put up the same amount. I went and borrowed money from friends and family, thinking I was going to get the money that day and then I waited and waited for days and finally they told me that I did not get the loan and they would send me my money back and they have not sent it back yet. I call and the phone is temporarily disconnected.
I called Connecticut legal services but they are no help or not willing to help. I need to give those people who I borrowed money from their money back and I an not able to do that because these people have lied.
