- Thank you for posting this comment. We are a company with an unfortunately similar name that receives countless phone calls and emails from very unhappy people who state they have been ripped off by the company you're referring to. Apparently they contact our company because the company in question does not provide any phone number or email address for their customers to reach them. Shameful!We are in no way connected to the company you're complaining about, but we have been so inundated with calls and emails from irate people that we are now forced to change the name of our business - a costly and time-consuming effort. We do not want to be confused in any way with a disreputable organization. We hope more people file reports and also file complaints with their Better Business Bureau.

- The STR Language Learn Intro for 9.95$ is from the Pimsleur Learning approach for language learning. Did you order this? I did and am still waiting to receive my CD's. I can't find a confirmation email anywhere though!
