Emily Watkins was selling me an Iphone 4 on Craigslist. Stated she was in Vancouver Canada. We would use www.myparceldelivery.com to handle the charges and shipment. I used Western Union to transfer money to the agent Justin Potten at myparceldelivery. I received an invoice that looked extremely legit and that day the package never came. I called FedEx they never had records. I called Western Union, they are aware. I went to the Police Station as they have my address now and the Attorney General. It is under investigation.
